Four furnished models debut at
Tramore in Manhattan
SALES BEGIN ON
GALLAGHER HOMES’ BRAND NEW TOWNHOME
COMMUNITY
Townhome shoppers looking for way
more won’t have to pay more at
Tramore—Gallagher Homes’ brand new
community of 150 luxury townhomes in
Manhattan, where Phase I sales have
commenced and four fully furnished
models were recently unveiled.
Conveniently situated on a 23-acre
property in the heart of Manhattan
within well-acclaimed Lincoln-Way
School District 210 and just minutes
from I-355 and I-80, Tramore offers
a low-maintenance alternative for
buyers seeking a roomy layout and
preferred amenities for less.
“Our newly opened models embody each
of the four impressive floorplans
that shoppers can select from,” said
Isabel McPartlin, sales and
marketing manager for Gallagher
Homes. “All four models are
handsomely decorated and embellished
with different degrees of upgrades
and options, although the generous
standard inclusions certainly stand
out on their own.”
For example, the traditionally
furnished Daireann model showcases a
memorable two-story foyer that leads
into a great room, adjacent to an
open dining and island kitchen area.
The latter sports 42-inch cabinets,
granite countertops and brushed
nickel hardware. Other highlights of
note include an easily accessible
first-floor master bedroom suite, an
upstairs third bedroom that’s been
converted into a dual office, a loft
with oak baluster and railing, and a
fireplace with a stone hearth, faux
stone façade and oak mantle.
Additionally, the master bedroom
suite is topped with a designer
ceiling treatment.
“Each of the exquisite models also
features a lookout basement, rear
deck and three-panel, prairie-style
doors and trim,” said McPartlin.
The rooms, styles and finishes on
display “underscore the built-in
value and flexibility of our
floorplans. The fact that we offer
so many different choices and layout
configurations says a lot about our
ability to personalize each
residence to the buyer’s lifestyle.”
Case in point: The Abigail,
Tramore’s largest design, offers a
guest bedroom suite option. The
Briana, meanwhile, includes a loft
that can be expanded or transformed
into an additional bedroom. And The
Caitlin’s standard kitchen footprint
can be enhanced to include a
breakfast bar.
“There’s no other new townhome
community like Tramore in this
area,” said Michael Gallagher, CEO
of Gallagher Homes. “We chose this
location carefully based in large
part on what we identified as a
strong demand for spacious, luxury
townhomes without all the upkeep.”
Gallagher noted that Tramore is
designed to attract a diverse mix of
buyers, among them working singles,
single parents, professional couples
and empty nesters hailing from
in-town as well as Frankfort, New
Lenox, Tinley Park, Orland Park and
Mokena.
“The fact that we have a new Metra
station right here in the village,
along with convenient access to I-80
and I-355—which will reduce travel
times to the western suburbs by 20
percent or more—makes Tramore a very
appealing community,” he said.
“Couple that with our coveted
proximity to highly ranked
Lincoln-Way schools, including
district 114 and district 210, which
is ranked in the top 10 in
Chicagoland, and you’ve got a
winning combination that’s hard to
overlook.”
Every two-story Tramore townhome
provides two bedrooms,
two-and-a-half baths, a two-story
great room and a two-car garage.
Some homes also include a standard,
walkout or lookout basement and a
first-floor master suite. All
residences have either a standard or
optional loft and can be configured
with a third bedroom. Base prices
vary from $239,900 to $269,900 (all
prices subject to change without
notice), and square footages span
1,508 to 1,928.
“This is a fantastic time to
purchase a new home with us,”
McPartlin added. “You can take
advantage of our tremendously
competitive prices, not to mention
attractive mortgage interest rates
that keep inching lower. Our
early-bird buyers get to pick the
units and exposures of their choice
in Phase 1. Plus, for a limited
time, we’re offering a model opening
special. You can receive a $10,000
credit that can be applied either to
the options or upgrades of your
choice or to a financing offer
through our preferred lender.”
Tramore will boast an extensively
landscaped neighborhood graced with
a scenic pond, park, winding paths
and an impressive entryway featuring
stone columns and a faux guardhouse.
Residents will also enjoy
Manhattan’s small-town charm, yet
big-town attractions nearby that
include preferred retailers, locally
owned shops and fine dining
destinations. Annual Village
festivities include Irish Fest in
March, Fun Days over Labor Day
weekend featuring a giant barbecue
and parade, and farmer’s market
Saturdays.
“It’s easy to fall in love with the
quaint, quiet, tucked-away appeal of
Manhattan, a town that could be the
best-kept secret when it comes to
great places to buy a new home and
settle down in,” said Gallagher.
Sales for Tramore townhomes are
being conducted at an on-site sales
center located at 15749 Crobally Way
in Manhattan. To reach the community
and tour its four new models, take
